Our Mission
Sweet Tea and Chai Society’s mission is to create spaces where teens can feel seen, heard, and connected through shared experiences and authentic conversations, helping reduce loneliness and strengthen wellbeing.
What we do
Teen Advisory Councils
All our events are powered by a Teen Advisory Council. This dynamic group of teens plays a vital role in shaping our events, crafting outreach language, and providing valuable feedback on our programs.
The TAC is not just a token youth voice; it's a vibrant and essential part of our community.
Unforgettable Experiences
Almost every month brings a new pop-up event, and no two are the same. One month it might be giant ball pits, another a slip and slide, paint splattering, a haunted house, making a gingerbread village, or navigating immersive games.
Whatever the activity, it's designed to make meeting people feel natural, easy, and a whole lot more fun.
Facilitated Conversations
Our events use dynamic facilitation to encourage peer engagement in a supportive environment for for everyone, even teens who may feel anxious.
We ensure all interactions are inclusive and authentic, providing fun opportunities to practice interpersonal skills through genuine conversations.
